Ibran shed base grids

The Ibran base grids slot together and forms a great base for our shed and filled easily with angular gravel. They make completing the job so easy. The whole grid is also a great measuring tool for constructing the base in width and depth, but also helps creating a good level as well. As long as you lay a decent substructure in the first place this will prove a decent structure. It is also very pleasing that it is made in the UK.

Fabulous plastic shed base . So easy to use . They are easy to put together & to cut to size . Much easier than using concrete slabs . Great value for the money. Fast delivery Definitely would recommend Ibran

Nice idea, but ..

This is an interesting product and helpful in some ways but not easy to use as the clip-together feature is not strong or positive enough. It was only when I bought the ramp wedges for the front edge that I realised the base squares should be mounted with the open squares facing UP ! On a compacted granite chipping base they are not firm and the sections come apart or corners stick up easily. Had to cable clip all the sections together to stop this. After filling with more chippings, was difficult to level and not over-fill. If you ever even slightly lift a section after this you're in deep trouble as it's impossible to level again. You have to take the whole lot up, remove chippings and sand screed etc, and start again. Wouldn't use them again.
