Did not put the writing I want on cake

I oredered a birthday cake. In the special instructions I put “Happy 1st Birthday Archie”. I received the cake and it only had Happy Birthday. I was very upset since this was my dogs 1st birthday. I have ordered cakes in the past with the written part how I wanted and it fulfilled.
