When I first placed my order, I ordered a pair of 6 gauge and a pair of 8 gauge. Shipping usually takes a while, so after about a week my plugs showed up. When I opened them I found a pair of 0 gauge and a pair of 2 gauge. The next day (Friday) I filed a claim online for a wrong product shipment. Liz was super friendly and said she would send the new ones soon. I asked if I should return the wrong sizes and was told I could but wasn't expected to. On Monday I got home from work to find my plugs. You guys are awesome! This is the only place I will shop for body jewelry and when I get a chance I will return the plugs that were sent the first time. Thanks Tulsa Body Jewelry!
