I didn’t get my order

Great to use, but battery is not working properly just two weeks after I bought it

Good design, good suction, nice variety of different modes/levels. However, the battery after two weeks of using is not charging fully. It consistently shows being charged half way (even when it is plugged in).

Best pump ever!!!
