Very good experience with room fro improvment

I ordered the machine, estimated delivery date was not established till two weeks after placing the order. Customer service was friendly, but the website failed to disclose the nature of the order, and delivery. There was not enough specs about the product. I depended on previous knowledge, but it came similar but vastly different than older models. I think the product and the web site were satisfactory, but more information needed to be supplied before hand.
