Made an order, and love the hat. But I ordered the wrong size and can't get anyone to answer me. So I have a 309 dollar paper weight and no one answering emails. I am not happy.

Exactly what I ordered, packaged with care and great fit. Was a little loose for being 7 1/4 but all brands fit differently.
