Great coffee for the creative palate!

Being typically a dark roast drinker, I am having fun brewing these medium roast beans as they are and also primitively roasting them a bit for a delicious two-tone blend. Don’t worry, Skipper, I’m not going to compete with you! I just happened onto an experimental little project that I enjoy. Happy Easter, everyone!
