I have purchased 5 dozen towels before and they all came and were amazing. This time around I purchased another 3 dozen. I only recieved 2 dozen ,which was very disappointing since I paid for 3 dozen. When trying to contact someone ,I sent out emails, messenger and live chat and it's been almost a week and barely a reply. I find it frustrating that there is no phone number to contact anyone. So here's hoping this is rectified because the quality, size and softness is amazing but customer service seems to be lacking which is unfortunate.
