Shape is off

Unfortunately, this did not work for me at all. The picture makes it look like the skirt will be flowy. The first tier of the skirt was so tight on me that it is anything but flattering. The last two tiers are flowy as expected, which makes it look extra weird. I bought two dresses in the same size a few months ago to verify my size before ordering more. Both had plenty of extra room. I am going to see if my 10 year old niece wants to give it a try because I think only someone with no hips will be able to fit in it with the desired flowy look. If I was not ordering from a different country, I would return it. That being said, I love the pattern and material.
