Damaged when sent

I purchased a screen replacement for a late 2015 iMac. The website said it was guaranteed not to be cracked or damaged. It was cracked from top to bottom. This could not have happened in shipping considering how well wrapped it was, which was the only good thing, other than the fact that it was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. There were fingerprints all over the top area of where it was cracked, so someone had known about this prior to their shipping it to me. So, the product should have never been shipped out to me. What, they didn’t think I would notice it?
