Great service from this company but..

Color way off. I ordered 19/23 SS, Shaded Biscuit but the color was more like Shaded Cappuccino, way too dark for me, can't wear it but since it was my first wig experience I didn't think to notify them right away and lost the return window. Have ordered another wig but UPS HAS LOST IT. We will eventually get it right I hope.
