Red Velvet Lipstick

I get compliments on this lipstick all the time!

I often get compliments on this color of lipstick. My cousin complimented me on this color, so I sent her a tube as a gift. I've had this lipstick for a long time and I treasure it so much. Just buy it!

Just love these lipsticks, with the vintage colors and feel, and live that—I think—they are made in L.A. Product delivery was swift. The case is so pretty and glam. This red velvet color feels a bit drier than the Victory Red, and that’s fine. Will keep buying these!

My first Bésame-related compliment was the funnest, and so far my favorite. A woman I run into every couple of months saw me and INSISTED I had gotten new glasses and she loved them! She was so insistent I finally just agreed and took the compliment. But... I haven't had new glasses in more than two years. What I did have that day were brand new bright red lips, which I guess sets off my eyes really well. :) The color is a little bit pinker on me than I expected—I actually double-checked to make sure it was Red Velvet. It does darken up a little bit with a third coat. I appreciate having the application instructions (even at my age!), since the double-slanted tip is a little different to use.
