Mostly good

One shoe did not have a hole drilled, but I had an extra. One basket baluster was very bent. When we tried gently straightening, it snapped --rust at joint. Off to Lowes to get one to finish the job. All the rest were fine. Returns and exchanges seem complicated and costly. Basically a very nice-looking product.
