Truffle Assortment - Dark Collection

I have visited Euphoria Chocolate Company in the Oakway Center in Eugene, I can confidently say that their large truffles are a must-try. They melt in your mouth and leave a lasting impression. Unfortunately, I have since moved to Arizona and have been unable to enjoy these delicious chocolates. I decided to order a 12-piece dark chocolate assortment of truffles online, but after much anticipation of their arival, I was disappointed to find that they did not match the quality of the truffles I had previously enjoyed at the store. Instead of melt in your mouth velvety ganache, I was met with a pitiful waxy disappointment. If you have indulged in the delight of their large, almost fluffy truffles, I would not recommend ordering this assortment, as they are not one in the same.

After 52 years in Eugene and being there for the founding of Euphoria, we moved Mom up to Washington to be closer to family. So, I send her a little taste of home for special occasions, or just because she’s 90 and deserves a truffle a day. Exquisite chocolate, wonderful company, thank you.
