Raw Cotton Stuffing/Batting, All Natural

I've ordered from them before.. About 25 pounds of cotton so this makes 35, and what I received is dirty and stringy and grayish compared to what I received prior. I emailed the customer service email for assistance and was ignored, no reply .. Just like when they sent an email saying they were going to raise prices at the end of the week and I asked if cotton prices were going up... Ignored. I advertise on my pet beds that I use Thunder Acres Cotton, but if the non existent customer service and lack luster cotton happen again, I'll be removing my free advertising to this company. Very very disappointed.

Great product

I needed filling for my two Moroccan poufs. Although a number of reviews suggested synthetic filler, I wanted to use something that was natural and soft. Thunder Acres came through. I purchased twenty pounds which was just enough to fill the poufs.

Fast delivery but quality was lacking

I've purchased the same product before, so my expectation regarding the plant matter in the cotton was that it was minimal. However this purchase, there was so much detritus in the cotton that it didn't even appear white. I use this to spin yarn and I'm fine with carding a bit of it myself, but there is so much that it's effectively just stuffing, which is fine, but not for me. That being said the delivery time and service was Excellent.
