Honda XR250R Aluminum Skid Plate

Installation of skid plate was simple and I am glad I purchased. My last ride here is Texas there were lots of rocks on the trails, the skid plate protected my frame on more than one occasion. Everything lined up when installing, couldn't be happier.

Good protection

Good experience. I was getting a vibration from the motor so I put some thick 3M double sided tape on the frame where it touches the skid plate and it eliminated The vibration and sound. I don’t believe in the foam pads made for the in between piece. They hold dirt and mud and all you are after is the sound deadening. So I highly recommend the thick double sided tape on the frame where it touches the skid plate.
