It feels like it gives this kind of cooling effect when I put this on and the finish is so beautiful. I feel like it does take away the shine and gives me a nice satin /matte finish.

This primers great. It makes my makeup look and feel natural. I would definitely recommend this primer for all facial types. I have combination skin and I have no complaints. It holds my oils at the end of the night. My face doesn't look like an oil collector and this primer plays a big part in that. I really like the packaging.
