My friend really appreciated the flower arrangement and she said they were beautiful. I thought the ordering process was easy and the delivery of the flowers was timely. I also appreciated that I was notified when the flowers were delivered. While I take my friend's word that the flowers were beautiful, I would have appreciated if your shop could have sent me a picture of the arrangement so that I would know first hand if they were close to what they looked like from the picture on the website. Otherwise, I'm totally satisfied with your flower shop and would order from you again. Sandra
