Good product, SLOW shipping, misleading inventory

Wire took twice as long as originally quoted and the items I ordered turned out to NOT be in stock meaning I had to pay an extra $150 to get them ordered in rom a different supplier. Had I of known that I would have picked a different wire but was stuck waiting instead delaying my project.

I appreciated having my wire shipped directly to my jobsite. The necessary wires have jackets which are colored for each connection (no phase-taping required). The staff was courteous and efficient. My order was shipped in three cardboard boxes, and one of these was broken into and a coil stolen. Nassau replaced the missing wire immediately. USPS shipped my order and I recommended that Fedex or UPS may be a better carrier for somewhat heavy boxes.
