Lovely necklace, fantastic customer service.

Bought the necklace for my 13th wedding anniversary, and my wife absolutely loves it. Had left it a bit late. Emailed on Saturday morning to ask if shipping happens on a Saturday, almost I start reply from Poppy saying they didn't normally but that if I placed the order that she would sort it and run it to post office. This is what great customer service looks like, going above and beyond, thank you so much. Can't recommend enough.
