Wrong cable, India call centers, and failed to fix

Ordered 2 awg xhhw, got 2/0 xhhw. Took 2 weeks through multiple calls (which are handled through out of country call centers) and emails, having to explain the issue EVERY TIME. Finally they were “fixing it” by over nightingale correct cables. Which they messed that up to, sending to some random address on the other side of the country? Since then, they haven’t responded. AVOID THIS COMPANY, don’t waist your time and money.

This was my first time ordering from NNC. I am building a new shop with 200 amp service so looked locally for wire/cable as a DIY'r. Then looked on the line and found NCC. Not only were prices better but also the choices in types of wire. I ended up purchasing my primary feeder cable and 12g ST wire as well as every wire size in between. The total cost was enough to qualify for free shipping so that was great. I was surprised how quickly the items were sent Including the custom cut lengths) and everything arrived by UPS in great shape. I have already recommended NCC to friends and family and personally will will turn to them for future wiring needs.
