Excellent taste & texture
This cheese is delicious and so versatile. I slice it, shred it, chunk it, and melt it. It's great to eat alone or to use in recipes. This cheddar is wonderful for any meal breakfast, lunch, dinner, or appetizers. I highly recommend it!

Amazing Cheese!!!!
What a great full flavored cheddar cheese! We were very impressed with its color and texture as it is a bit more crumbly than a lesser quality store bought cheese. This is definitely something that should be on a cheese board with some wine or other suitable compliments. Don't leave the farm with just one of these because the family will not leave it alone. Another amazing Ferry Farms product that will surely be a hit!
