Product did not arrive

I ordered a step up transfo to japan, everything went smooth in terms of support when ordering however the package itself did not arrive and so I contacted you to ask for more details but have yet to receive a reply. This has been over two months ago. Needless to say I am very disappointed and hope the issue will be resolved someday soon.
