Brazil Cerrado: Velvet & Cocoa (Low-Acid & Heavy Body)

Great roast and flavor , hard to dial in.

This roast as well as all others from them are awesome choices that you cannot go wrong. normally I purchased the dark roast as well as a few others from them. This was the first time I got the Brazil medium roast. I love it and would buy it again except I had a hard time zeroing in on the right grind size for my Breville touch unit. All others I had no issues with. This grind for whatever reason was very hard to dial in. Of course, going from a darker to a lighter roast does take Some adjustments typically from an oily bean to a dryer bean. but this one again for whatever reason was extremely difficult. I did finally get it resolved. Also, this Brazil grind does a wonderful Crema over the others I’ve used from koffee kult. I would suggest purchasing from them directly for the freshest roast versus Amazon or others that could be older on the shelf. I know they evacuate all impurities of the air when they seal the bag and distributed everywhere but you cannot beat a fresh roast by directly from them when ordering. Again, I love this company and their products. I consider them one of the best anywhere.
