The five pound bag I purchased took a month to get to me; it only shipped after I had to reach out to them via the Shop app. When it did arrive, the bag was completely unsealed. I brought this to the attention of Rocanini via Instagram DM and they apologized and said they’d send out a new bag (I didn’t ask for one; they offered). Heard nothing from them for a month; reached out again and asked if there were any updates on this and my message was seen, but ignored. Gave one final chance by sending a message days later that just said, “Hello?” It was seen but ignored, so I’m doing that thing I try to avoid and publicly sharing the experience. I hope they’re not going out of business because The Twist espresso is a masterpiece, but if they’re NOT going out of business, this is a sad state for Rocanini’s customer service model to have degraded to.
