Mixed Nut Butter Puffs

These really do what they promise! They make giving nuts “early and often” so easy! I was overwhelmed by the idea of giving my son all the common allergens weekly and knew that logistically, I’d struggle to make sure he’d get servings of all the nuts included in these puffs weekly. Not only do they do their job, but they’ve also become one of his favorite snacks. I’ve had a handful or two as well, and they’re tasty! My only small “complaint” if you could call it that, is that the tear indentation to open the package is above where the package has been heat sealed, so I have to open these with scissors every time.

our son is 8 months and we tried him on these to prevent allergies. now that we know he's not allergic we are still getting them for continued exposure. it's the only processed food we'll give him so it's the best on-the-go snack we have right now. obviously should avoid bringing them to daycares or around other kids in case they are allergic.

Love these puffs!

We were having trouble introducing our 9 month old to nuts because she didn't care for nut butters, even when mixed into other things. She LOVES these puffs and we're so relieved that she is getting regular exposure to nuts now. She has some every day.
