GATE LOCK

We had a yardlock on one of our gates so bought another one for a different gate.

I ordered and was charged for 2 of these locks on January 30th, 2025. The website promises the locks will be shipped within 24 hours. On February 5th, I received a message that my order had shipped with 2 tracking numbers. On February 9th, I received one of the two ordered and paid for locks. I reached out on the same day and was informed that the second lock would be shipped the very next day, which would be February 10th. I sent messages on both February 16th and 19th, inquiring where the second lock that I had paid for was at. I was informed on february nineteenth that the second lock would ship that same day. On February 26th, I sent another message, asking where the lock is, with no response. I have attempted calling the customer service line several times and gotten a male voice, who pretends to be AI, that tells me to email my situation. This is the poorest customer service that I have received in a long time and I will not be recommending your company to anybody else. If this is not resolved very soon, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I will also be contacting local Law Enforcement, as now it is theft. You have taken my money and not given me what I paid for.

Product is great! Delivery time was a little to be desired, was sent an email that it was being shipped out within 24hrs, however 6 days later it still had not be dropped off at the post office for delivery.
