Vacuum packaged in plastic...

I was a bah bah black sheep disappointed with the kinks in the Merino wool due to the shipping method used to save on time and costs. I removed the wool from the vacuum packed plastic and rolled it into a smooth ball. Most of the kinks have softened. I am a beginner so I am not sure how the kinks will affect my future projects. The wool was a wee bit more "fly- away-wispy" than other Merino sheep I have met. I also missed having customer service on the phone and email. However, the colours have evolved from somebody's great sense of the colour wheel. I might order again as I myself evolves. Thank you!
