Premium Bacon

Oh yes! This is real bacon.

I am often sceptical about bacon these days. It just doesn't match up to the bacon my grandmother would fry up on a Sunday morning, back in the '60's. This bacon, from Mudge Meats brought me back to my youth in a glorious rush of flavour and texture. I always cut off the rind, and fry it alonside the rasher. What a treat to experience beautiful crisp rind alonside succulent bacon rashers. The flavour is 10/10. If I could give 11/10 I would.
