Disappointed twice…

I ordred my BRACELET based upon your measurement instructions and it was too small. Knowing it was monogramed I have not tried to return it. My daughter’s bracelet fit her but the knotted part came apart after one hour of wearing it. Such lovely designs, but a huge disappointment for us both. We bought them to wear on a trip to Nantucket- hence the nautical theme. I’m sorry I wasted my money.
