I did not receive what was advertised.

The powerhead did not have the self adjustment for the carpet hight. The 35 ft hose handle is not the same as advertised, it's very flimsy.

We needed two new kits but only order ordered one to see if it was any good. It is fabulous. Even longer hose than expected! Exceptional suction and quieter than our old one. Of course, we bought the second one that we needed right away and very happy with them. We highly recommend. Great fast shipping! Much less expensive than others we looked at.

So glad I went with Prolux. The quality and design is far better than both of my previous models.
