Terrible customer service

I purchased pillow / mist spray , the spray didn’t work, so I sent email and the requested photos via my account on website, also sent instant message but just got automated message back . Sent another message via instagram. . that actually got a response giving me another email address. Sent another email, that also got a reply asking me for the same photos and asking where I purchased! Come on ! I have an account, all you had to do was check that to see my communications. . my response email didn’t get a reply back! No surprise. I really loved this companies products, even though they are more expensive, but now they have proven that they have no respect for loyalty! I’m going to find another company that values their customers
