Very disappointing. Order never arrived and 2 weeks after it was due I rang to tell the company. Admittedly they sent a second one which did arrive. However for a £15 mug plus delivery the item is poor, it stains badly after just one cup of tea and looks awful. Only bleach will remove the stains. Cannot recommend.
