Does the job but constant audible buzz makes it less useful

Got this one to use with my coffee grinder and so far I'm happy with it. The only problem is it's much noisier than I expected based on ACUPWR's reputation. I was planning on getting a second one for my A/V receiver but if it's as noisy it simply wouldn't be useful.

works fine but buzzes periodically (300W step down)

the item works great, but I only have a 85W TV and a 60W sound bar plugged into it. (whether those items are on or off) I also got a 200W step-down, it does NOT hum. both units get very hot, but can still touch it, when plugged in, even on stand-by.
