Gorgeous nose ring! Sparkles nicely. The diameter is a little big for my nose and piercing placement but still looks so good, especially for special occasions when I want a little more sparkle. The rose colour has dulled a bit with wear but it definitely still looks gold. It has never caused any sort of irritation or reaction to my very sensitive skin. High quality and great price, will buy again.
