Over the past few months we’ve purchased 4 tête-à-tête, 1 tête-à-tête swing, and 2 benches for our private gardens. Our gardens cover 2-1/2 acres laid out in a meandering string of rooms. These ‘rooms’ are connected by paths along which sit our new Moon Valley seating from The Charming Bench Co. The seating blends in beautifully within our gardens and beckons visitors to sit and reflect, ponder, visit, and relax. Service at The Charming Bench Co. was professional, courteous, and responsive. We took off one star due to snags encountered with Moon Valley. Moon Valley actually makes the furniture then packs and ships. Our first order was missing a few parts and with our second order they shipped half the order having not noticed or verified quantity. Chris at The Charming Bench Co. was very responsive and helpful in correcting the order. Moon Valley was also responsive but not as quick or concerned as they might have been. We did not get the Impression that they understood it to be a big inconvenience to wait to assemble and to be home for additional shipments. But, it all got worked out and we’re very happy with the product and recommend this solid, well-built cedar furniture to others.

Beautiful bench, satisfied customer

Very happy with this purchase. It's a beautiful bench. Moon Valley does a wonderful job. I was also very happy with The Charming Bench Company. Order confirmation and shipping status was never an issue. I even received a follow up card in the mail thanking me for my purchase! Very personable. Delivery was arranged through Moon Valley and because I live approximately an hour away Moon Valley informed me that the bench would be assembled. I couldn't be happier with either The Charming Bench Company or with Moon Valley! I would not hesitate to order again and I have recommended to others.

Bench was good quality(sturdy and well built) at a reasonable price with fast free delivery. Directions were easy to follow and about 45 minutes to put together by myself. I'd buy it again in the future and would recommend it to others.
