The crystal is the perfect size, which makes holding it to meditate extremely comfortable! The colors are super beautiful, and I didn't have any problems with the item being sent cracked or chipped. I definitely recommend for anyone whose looking for a little bit of extra help disposing of negative thoughts, and dealing with physical symptoms from PTSD, and other health related issues.
