Actually quite disappointed. For the price of the tongs it should have come with it. I personally have 80% of your items, as they are premium and second to none, in my opinion. Anyway here's a thought. Why not reward the frequent buyers instead of the so called discount. Trust me when I tell you it will work a whole lot better. Do the right thing and look after your loyal clientele.
