MT80P - Transparent Application Tape

The tape was as expected, customer service was not

The transfer tape was exactly the product I asked for. The problem I experienced was in the customer service when asked which company to sign up with as they had 2 to choose from; Crafter's Vinyl Supply, or the other one I had the product info from, Express Sign Products. Since both websites had the exact same product I was looking for, I said I could create a customer profile for either company. To isolate which company to sign up under, she said the only difference was the minimum amounts, therefore I said ok to sign up with Crafter's Vinly Supply. Except the cost was almost double what I showed her from Express Sign Products website (their sister company). The customer service rep didn't mention anything about a price difference and charged me the higher amount without so much as a blink of an eye. Having been on a time crunch at that time and not wishing to make this visit any longer, I paid the higher price just to get out of there. This irked me to no end and will be exponentially more thorough if I ever need anything else from either company.

Functional not optimal

The MT80P is not strong enough for transferring 651 vinyl. We usually have to pre-release the vinyl which is painstakingly time consuming. We have since switched to a different product.
