Good for an hour

I play in a Brazilian samba band and I have tried a lot of ear protection. As a group, we make a LOT of noise and so far been unable to find ear protection that prevents me from getting tinnitus. The Hearos Rock 'N Roll ear plugs were great for the first hour but for the 2nd hour I felt like I was getting little proction and after 2hrs of playing, I had tinnitus.
