Needed to pull them out a bit when singing, and had no fear of losing them as they just sat in my ears comfortably until I needed more protection again, also used them recently when in a noisy restaurant, they took away all the background noise and I could hear conversations & converse no problem. Hi Fi Ear Plug review

As a violinist I am aware of the strain the instrument can put on my hearing and these earplugs work great for my practice. I can still hear what I need to pitch wise but with a significant reduction in dB. Highly recommend.
