Definitely recommend for sleep

Significantly more comfortable than any of the roll-up foam in-ear things, provided you take the time to give them a good prodding into place - focus on spreading to the edges, rather than the ear canal in the center. Attenuation has definitely been good enough for sleep, with traffic noise, snoring, and the dog snuffling around blocked out fine. Haven't noticed any particular difference between the orange and the clears. Quality's consistently good too.

Orange ear plugs not the same as clear/white

Clear/white were sold out so we bought the orange ones thinking they were exactly the same. The orange ones are slightly denser and therefore a little smaller than the clear/white and a little harder to mould. Kind of annoying if you have sensitive ears and trouble sleeping, but they do the job.
