Didnt care for the beard balm! Very clumpy, feel like sand when rubbed in. I just purched the wood and spice type that ive used before.

I started using Reuzel years ago and something changed with the balm. It’s become insanely gritty and little balls of balm stick to the beard.
I tried 3 times repurchasing thinking it was something in the batches but it has been the same each time.
I love the oil and beard wash but because of the balm issues, I will be trying a new brand for all products.
