Raw Crystal Ring - Raw Crystal Moonstone

The ring was way to big Need to really check sizes against Australian sizes I think the stone could be smaller as it’s big Great for some people but to big for me Slow postage but I have ordered another 2 rings to see the quality will be leaving up more feed back

Looks better on the site than person...

Bought 2 raw moonstone rings one is ok but the other one is square rather than the oval shape in the picture. I get that there individually crafted but I'm paying for the shape as well as the color and size... oh yeah good luck with returns still no response or info how to do returns. For first time buying this pretty disappointing especially that it's not cheap....still waiting on a response.....

Amazing product and customer service

My ring came in and it was beautiful, perfect for me except I ordered the wrong size. I emailed Moon Magic and they gave me many options (return, exchange or 15% refund if I keep it) I decided to keep the ring and receive the partial refund to get the ring resized. I’m very happy with my ring now it looks beautiful and I’m very happy with how prompt and flexible the company was with my issue !
