This comforter has soothed me through times of anxiety, and has helped me turn off my fight-or-flight response. I receive such incredible insights in a calming space. I highly recommend this for anyone who gets anxiety or overwhelmed or just needs to feel like they can have a safe space to come back to after experiencing the outside world. I use it in meditation, I use it to get my mind and body in the right space before bed, I use it when I need to solve modern-day problems that our primal fight-or-flight response does a poor job at solving.
