Great Shampoo and Body wash

I love the lather of the shampoo and body wash. I bought the unscented version, just because everything has a strong scent today, from shampoo, to body wash, to deodorant. I may try the scented version in the future, but right now I am happy with this product. 2 thumbs up 👍

Picking up of product

Hello. I ordered the product on behalf of someone else so I can’t comment on it, but I would like to comment on pick up. I live very close by and mentioned I wanted to pick up my order at your warehouse in North Vancouver. I followed the instructions about picking up. (I have done this before) and was surprised to get an email that the product shipped. I again tried to contact you to see if it was too late to pick up. Unfortunately the 2 times I said I wanted to pick up I did not receive a reply and such had to pay for shipping.

Product is good but the service and support suck!

After my previous purchase, I received an email invitation to leave a review, and in return, I will receive a 10% discount coupon that I can apply towards my next purchase. After leaving my positive experience/review/5 star rating with their products, I have not received any coupons as they promised. I sent them email regarding it but never received any response either. Their service and support suck big time. The products are still very good that I am pleased with but not at all happy with the service and support.
