Just used these boots in Italy and France climbing in the Alps, never had a chance to break them in so I just rolled with it. These boots are tough, sturdy and all round gleaming. I used them with crampons and without climbing rock and ice and I'm very impressed. After 3 days I felt them really broken in and my feet were comfortable climbing the cosmiques arete ....well worth the money

Benchmark of Quality

You can't go wrong with La Sportiva, I got these Nepal Extreme's at a very competitive price. The build quality is great and I can't wait to stress test them in the Alps this Summer. Well insulated, water proof and great support.
