Banksy Women's T-shirt - Make Trouble

I’m usually a size 10 or small but ordered medium as wasn’t sure what the fit would be like. It was really small when it arrived so I asked for an exchange for the next size up. So far so good and I was given the address to send it back to (sent recorded delivery). Company promised to send replacement but had to keep chasing it. It’s now been 6 weeks and they haven’t sent replacement and have ignored my request for a refund. Pretty poor quality and really poor service, avoid.

I bought the wrong size but it was a nice , good quality T-shirt 😫
