Mother’s Tear Gorget

This necklace is so beautiful! I received many compliments, which also opened the door to share the story behind it. Thank you. One critique. The connection between the sphere and the circle separated. Thankfully I didn’t lose it when it dropped off. Could use glue to keep it from spreading? Is there a way to seal the chain so that it doesn’t change color after wearing around neck?
