Disappointed in quality of Resin and harder

I’ve followed the instructions precisely to mix, pour, and in bed, dried flowers in silicone molds with this brand’s and resin harder. And after many weeks, the items I’ve made remain sticky and do not dry/harden. I’ve reached out to the company as best I can via email and without a phone number, going back-and-forth has been useless. I’ve received no support as to how to fix this. I’ve gone through over $200 worth of your product and still it remains inferior. Very disappointed, switching to another brand.
